THE MTABC READJUSTMENT SERIES Episode 1- Long Term Care

We would like to host a conversation with anyone who works in Long term care to share how things have been going for them (Everyone is welcome). It seems that there are a lot of differing stories regarding work expectations, not working at all, job changes etc and it would be great for us to have a chance to share how we are doing and offer support to one another.

Our Rough Plan for the conversation is:

1) Check-in

2) Share intervention ideas for those who are being told not to sing, or not have groups, not use instruments and hopefully discuss some new fresh ideas for inspiration. Please let me know if you would like a few extra minutes to present some ideas to the group.

3) What next? Self-advocacy, what are some things you can share with your employers
