Christina Tsikata has been a music therapist for over 6 years. She completed her Bachelor degree in Music from Capilano University in 2013. She is also trained in Guided Imagery and Music (GIM) Bonny Method Level 1. Christina also is an experienced Therapeutic Touch and Reiki practionner. She has led many meditation and relaxation groups.

Christina uses a humanistic, person-centered approach, recognizing each person has inner resources and strengths to draw upon when facing challenges. She plays piano, guitar and voice and is an avid songwriter, which she often uses in her practice. She has had the pleasure of working with children, youth, adults and seniors including the Tsleil-Waututh Nation, WISH Drop In Centre Society, St. James Music Academy, and Royal Arch Masonic Home.
